What we collect

When you create an account or book an appointment we collect the information you give us: your name, email address, mobile phone number, appointment history, and any health details you choose to share on your intake or vaccination acknowledgment. Payment cards are handled by our payment processor and never touch our servers.

How we use it

Your information is used to run your care: scheduling and confirming appointments, sending booking, reminder, and cancellation notices by email or text message (per your stated preference), billing, and keeping the clinical records Arizona law requires a licensed massage practitioner to keep. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Text messaging

Text messages are sent only if you choose texts as a contact preference in your account, and only for transactional purposes — appointment confirmations, reminders, and cancellation notices. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or change your preference on your account page. See our SMS Terms & Conditions.

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. Message frequency varies with your bookings; message and data rates may apply.

Who we share with

We share information only with the service providers needed to operate: our scheduling and records platform, email and text message delivery providers, and our payment processor — each only to perform services on our behalf. We may disclose information when the law requires it.

Retention and your choices

Clinical records are retained as Arizona law requires (at least six years after your last visit, A.R.S. § 12-2297). You can review and update your contact details and communication preferences on your account page any time, or contact us to ask about your information.
